Zumba is an exercise fitness program which involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. It is specifically aimed to help people build strength, improve motion and posture, and socialize. The music is fast, upbeat and contagious, so you can’t help but keep moving. And since it takes place in a group it is by far one of the best ways to get your friends in on your “exercise routine”. Radcliffe School organised a Zumba fitness programme for students of Grade I & II so that students would do exercises and enjoy themselves at the same time. And our students thoroughly danced and enjoyed to the hilt.
The aim of the outing was reached because the students enjoyed themselves while learning.
